Eminent politician, socialist and a true well-wisher of the down trodden Late Sri Heera Lal Yadav (1931-1995) truly sensed with the depth of his heart, the need to strengthen women education in our society. He was a strong supporter of the view that only an educated girl can give us an educated society & an educated nation.

These ideas of Late Sri Heera Lal Yadav were move forwarded by his two sons former M.L.A. honorable Sri Shyam Kishore Yadav & Sri. Kunwar Ram Singh . The concrete shape to his dreams was given by esatblishing the Heera Lal Yadav Balika Inter College in1996 at Gauri Village, Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow. Ram Singh Yadav President of the college is optimistic, progressive with a broad vision having a personality of great thinker and philosopher. He always remains busy with the progress of Institution with a different outlook. Mr. President is a Law graduate from University of Lucknow and post graduate from the same Institution in Sociology He initiated his early life from village Gauri Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow. Always hardworking and with different thinking he always took life as a challenge. He started his carrier as an advocate in Lower Court then in High Court Lucknow Bench.
